How to Make Keto Brownies

Do you have a sweet tooth but are restricted from sweets by a ketogenic or sugar-free diet? Here is a recipe to satiate your sugary cravings with the fudgiest and most delicious sugar-free Keto brownies using nine ingredients.

Prepare your work space. Set the oven to 350 degrees (180 degrees Celsius). Line your baking dish with parchment paper.

Mix dry ingredients. In a medium bowl mix together the dry ingredients: Almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt (do not mix in your sweetener just yet!). Make sure all the ingredients are incorporated evenly and set aside.

Melt your butter. In a microwave safe bowl melt your butter in 10 second increments. If you prefer to melt your butter on a stovetop, place butter in a small saucepan and turn the stove to low heat. Once butter is melted pull the saucepan from the heat and set aside.

Mix wet ingredients. In a large bowl whisk together your eggs, vanilla extract, melted butter, and sweetener of choice.

Combine dry and wet ingredients. Gradually add your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients. Be sure to continually whisk the mixture until everything is evenly incorporated.

Add in the chocolate chips. Fold your chocolate chips into the brownie batter. Optionally, reserve some chocolate chips to sprinkle on top of the brownies before baking.

Pour the brownie batter. After mixing in the chocolate chips, take the baking dish you prepared earlier and pour the brownie batter into it. If you reserved any for the top, add them now.

Bake the brownies. Place the brownies on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 15- 20 minutes.

Check the brownies. Around the 15-minute mark check the brownies for doneness. You cannot check these brownies using a toothpick. When the top looks done and the brownies still appear soft, they are done.

Remove the brownies from the oven. Let the brownies cool. The longer the brownies cool, the firmer they will become.
