Moncler is a fashion brand based out of Italy known for its down jackets and luxury skiwear. If you have a question or concern about the company, products, or orders you’ve placed, there are many ways to reach out to them. The most reliable way to contact the company is filling out their online forms for customer support or making a return. Otherwise, you can also try reaching specific contacts at the corporate headquarters if you have inquiries about investing or press.

Fill out your personal information in Moncler’s online customer support form. Click on the Contact Us button on the top of the Moncler site to access the contact form. Put your first and last name in the first fillable boxes in the form. Then list your primary email address and a phone number where someone can contact you. Make sure you spell all of the information correctly before moving on. Include your order number if you have a question about it. Check the receipt that came with your order or search through the confirmation email to find the order number. Attach an image if you need to show something wrong with your order. If there was damage to the product or the shipping container, take clear images that show the issue. Click on the “Attachments” button at the bottom of the form to open up your file viewer. Choose the picture that shows your concern clearly and upload it to the contact form. Submit the form and wait for a response in your email. Review all of your information to make sure everything is spelled correctly. Click on the “Next” button on the bottom of the form to submit the email. Making a Return

Fill out the return form online. Find your order number on your receipt or in a confirmation email. Type the number into the Order Number box at the bottom of the screen and click the Start button. Choose the item that you want to return from the order and select the reason why you want to send it back. Click the Submit button on the bottom of the form when you’re finished to get a unique return number. You don’t need to contact Moncler if you decide to keep the product after you fill out the form.

Tip: Typically, you can return an item within 20 days of receiving your package, but due to COVID-19, you have up to 60 days to return products if you placed your order after March 1st, 2020.

Repack the box with your items in their original condition. Don’t remove any tags or labels from the product, or else they won’t be eligible for a refund. Include all of the original packaging when you put the order back into the box. Tape the box closed so it doesn’t come undone in transit. Moncler can deny a return if the tags aren’t attached to the item, which means they’ll send it back to you and you won’t get your money back.

Attach the provided UPS return label to the box. Moncler packs a return label in the box with your order just in case there are any issues. Peel the backing off the label and place it directly over the one that’s already on the box. If you can still see any information printed on the original label, black it out with a marker. Drop your box off at a UPS location to send it out. You can either take the box directly to a UPS drop-off location or you can call them to schedule a pick-up from your home. You won’t have to pay anything for shipping, even if you lost the provided return label.
